Manual lymphatic drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage is a very gentle, relaxing treatment which improves the flow of lymph and the functioning of the lymphatic system. During the treatment, lymph is gently moved by the therapist to the lymph nodes.

Lymphatic drainage can be used for a general detox or to treat, for example, post-operative swelling if some or all of a lymph node has been removed, oedema, chronic fatigue (ME), stress or stress-related conditions. A treatment can be of either the whole body or the affected body part(s).
